In our in-house academy with 100 seats, we have advanced training and training events from internal and external speakers. Furthermore, every employee has the possibility to use our academy on their own initiative for presentations, workshops and demonstrating potential improvements.

The training and further education we offer ranges from external seminars to train our internal management system and seminar cycles over several years for self-development for our managers to in-service studies at the Aachener Werkzeugbauakademie (WBA) (Aachen mold construction academy). We assume the entire costs for this, including travel expenses and give the employees the time off from work during this time.
